What we collect
We collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, company details, project notes, intake answers, and files or examples you provide for review.
We may also receive basic technical information from the tools that host, protect, or measure this site, such as browser type, device information, approximate location, pages visited, and security logs.
What not to send through the public site
Do not send passwords, login codes, payment details, sensitive customer files, or private account access through public website forms or public contact messages.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, review whether a workflow cleanup or automation project is a fit, prepare scoped recommendations, maintain business records, protect the site, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Service providers and cross-border handling
Summit Forge Labs may use service providers for hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, automation, file storage, or business operations. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside Alberta or Canada.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, business records, legal obligations, dispute handling, and operational security. No website can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable safeguards for the scale and nature of the work.
Your choices
You can ask about the information you provided, request correction, or ask that we stop using it where the law allows. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons.
