How the work gets done

An agent team does the work. A person still approves anything risky before it happens.

Summit Forge Labs runs cleanup and automation work as a small team of AI agents with defined jobs: planning, execution, a skeptic, and an independent verifier. A human approval gate sits in front of anything that could touch your records, money, customers, or accounts.

The speed is useful. The structure is what keeps AI-assisted work checkable and safe to hand back to you.

Why a team

One model guessing is not a method. A team that has to disagree is.

A single AI answer is fast, confident, and sometimes confidently wrong. SFL splits the work across agents that check each other before anything reaches you: one plans it, one builds it, one tries to break it, and a separate one checks it against the real evidence.

The team

Each agent has one job. None of them get the last word.

This is a routing board, not an org chart. The Chair assigns the work and writes what you should actually do next. The verifier can send work back instead of letting it pass.

How a task moves

Work is checked against evidence before it is called done.

Every task carries its own evidence trail. The verifier inspects the artifacts, not just the summary. Nothing risky happens until a person approves it.

Prepared is not executed.

The agent team can prepare almost anything. It does not execute the risky parts on its own. This is the line the whole method is built around.
