What to include
Enough to see where the work breaks.
- What workflow is messy or repeatedly breaking.
- Where the work currently lives: email, texts, folders, CRM, spreadsheets, forms, photos, or another system.
- What should not happen without approval.
- Who needs to sign off before anything is sent, changed, published, deleted, or automated.
- Whether the need is urgent, exploratory, or just worth cleaning up before it gets worse.
What not to send yet
Do not send sensitive access details through first contact.
Do not send passwords, login codes, payment details, private customer files, or confidential project records through the first message. If source material is needed later, SFL can agree on a safer review method first.
